Amenities to include media/game rooms, conference rooms, and laundry facilities.

 

Phase II consists of 2 buildings on the Saint Leo University Campus. With approximately 126,568 square feet, consisting of 87 units, 4 and 5 story, these buildings complete the lakefront student housing complex. Constructed of light gauge steel structural steel with a Hambro floor system, a stucco exterior with metal tile roof. Amenities to include media/game rooms, conference rooms, banquet hall, and laundry facilities.
