Apex Construction Services, LLC was formed in March of 1999 by Gene Ritz and Greg Brock. The principals have assembled an experienced staff of dedicated professionals, many of whom have previously worked with either Gene or Greg. This relationship lends itself to the understanding of our goals and ambitions allowing for the implementation of management styles and systems that have been tested and proven over time.
